When and how can I redeem my Miles?
You can redeem your Miles how you want, when you want—get a travel credit to your account, select a gift card from brand-name partners or receive cash. You can redeem your Miles for gift cards and cash 24/7 online, or you can call 1-888-DISCOVER (1-888-347-2683) to redeem for travel credits, gift cards, and cash with a Customer Service Representative.

You may redeem your available Miles if your account is open and is not delinquent, in default, or used for any Prohibited Transactions (as defined in the Cardmember Agreement).
How can I find out the status of my Discover Card application?
It can take up to 30 days to process an application. If 30 days has passed since you applied, please call us toll free at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to find out the status of your application.
How do PurchaseChecks work?
PurchaseChecks work just like your card. When you encounter a merchant that does not accept credit cards or the Discover Business Card, specifically, simply write a check out to the merchant for the amount of your purchase. Please print the name of the merchant on the memo line of the check. The transaction will appear on your card statement with your other card and check purchases, making bookkeeping easy.
Can I apply for a Discover Business Miles Card if I already have a Discover card?
If you have a Discover Card consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student), you are welcome to apply for a Discover Business Miles Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.
Can I request an additional Discover Card or employee card online?
In Customer Service within the Account Center, add an Authorized User to your account or request a replacement for a worn or damaged card. Just log into the Account Center, go to Customer Service and choose either the "Request or Replace a Card" link or "Add a Person to Your Account" link under Account-Related Requests.

Can I apply for a Discover Business Miles Card if I already have a Discover card?
If you have a Discover consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student), you are welcome to apply for a Discover Business Miles Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.
What will my credit limit be?
Your credit limit will be determined based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to; credit score with any of the major credit bureaus, status of any existing Discover accounts, income, and outstanding debts. If you are unsatisfied with the credit limit you receive, please contact us at 1-888-DISCOVER to see if we can better meet your needs.
What if I do not have a housing payment?
Simply enter $0 into the housing payment field. If you do not own your home, select Rent from the drop down box.
When will I receive my card?
Upon approval for a Discover Business Miles Card, you will receive your plastics within 7 to 10 business days.
I received a letter in the mail with an Invitation Number. Where do I go apply?
Please go to mydiscoverbizcard.com and enter your 16-digit account number. Once your account number is entered, you will see details of the offer you received in the mail and can continue on with the application process.

How do I earn Miles?
You earn Double Miles on up to $5,000 in gas and travel purchases each year. You also earn 1 Mile for every $1 you spend on all your other business purchases, including combined annual gas and travel purchases in excess of $5,000. PurchaseChecks earn .25 Miles for each dollar you spend.

Travel purchases are those made on commercial airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, cruises, tour operators and vacation packages purchased through airlines, travel agents, and online travel sites. Gas purchases are those made at merchants classified as gas stations.

Where do I find the number of Miles I have available to redeem?
You can always find your Miles balance under "Miles Available to Redeem" on the first page of your monthly Discover Business Miles Card statement. Or log into Account Center to view your Miles statement online. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.
For new purchases, when will I see the Miles on my statement?
Miles earned will be added to your Miles account at the end of each billing period and will appear on your monthly statement. However, in some instances, such as when you receive promotional offers from us, it may take up to eight weeks for Miles to be added to your Miles account. If you have questions about Miles which have not posted to your Miles account, call 1-888-DISCOVER (1-888-347-2683 and a customer service representative will assist you.
Can I transfer Miles from another card or frequent flier program to my Miles Card account?
No, you can't transfer Miles from another program. But you'll have many opportunities to earn new Miles, so they'll add up before you know it.
If my Discover Card is lost or stolen, will my Miles be transferred to my new account?
Yes, we automatically transfer your Miles to your new Miles Card account.

When I use a PurchaseCheck how will it appear on my statement?
Your purchase will appear with all of your card transactions.

What should I do if my Discover Miles Card is lost or stolen?
Call us immediately at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to report a lost or stolen card. We will immediately close your lost/stolen account and reissue you a new account number and card(s). If your lost/stolen Discover Miles Card is registered at the Account Center, you&ll need to re-register when your new card arrives in the mail.
Can I change my address, phone number, and e-mail address online?
Yes, log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your account information in addition to managing other aspects of your account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.

How can I get cash with my Discover Card?
You can get cash at over 150,000 Discover Cash Network ATMs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is your PIN and your Discover Card. You can also stop in at one of more than 58,000 participating banks and financial institutions for quick cash using your card and photo ID. Use our ATM locator to find a nearby ATM.
